- Simple solution, for both men's and women's sports. Behavior that would be considered as assault by a court of law off the field of play, should be prosecuted when it happens in a sporting match.

- Perhaps a fair way to end this would be to offer Glavine the GM position. Yes, this is a business, but the money does not automatically come with the wins. You need production PLUS good public relations, otherwise people may choose to spend their money elsewhere.
